Im interested in walking tours through Prague. Everybodys telling me how Prague is a magnificent city, full of historical monuments and great architecture from various periods. So far I know that I have to see St. Vitus Cathedral and the Lennon Wall. How long does an average tour last and what kinds of tours are there? I wouldnt like one of those tours when a guide is droning on about something unimportant while people are yawning.

When I went to Prague I had several walking tours and I suggest you to choose several tours with different scopes. The one that you shouldnt miss for the world is Prague Medieval Mysteries & Ghosts Walking Tour. That was a great experience. We visited various buildings and heard ghost stories ad folklore tales. There is a legend about speaking stones of Charles Bridge and ghosts that are still haunting Prague. Another tour is through several most famous Prague pubs. As you probably know, Czech Republic produces renowned brands of beer, and this tour is quite interesting for all those who love beer (doesnt everybody?). There is also a tour about architecture in Prague throughout various periods.
