Golf experience while in Libya

I like to travel a lot but I also like to play golf. I became addicted to it some six years ago when my business associate persuaded me to accompany him to his “tour”. Once I started to play, I wasn’t able to stop. Since I am going on a trip, I would appreciate some info on golf experience while in Libya.

Tripoli is also called the “Capital of the North” and it is well deserved. Near the old city center you will find the oldest and longest golf course in whole country. If you like challenges I suggest Tripoli Golf Club as it has 6,224 yards from tee to brown. However, it is not the only one. There are four other sand golf courses in the country, as far as I know, and three nine-holers. At Tajura Golf Club you can find a full 18-hole sand layout. So, you will be able to enjoy your favorite sport there.
