| Well depends where are you planning to go for that fishing of yours. In general if you are older then 16 you need one, in case that you are fishing in public water. For fishing in private parts you wont need one from the state, just hope that landowner wont mind if you are disturbing his area, he he. Suggestion - to be safe, get his/her permission. You should collect info if license is needed for the water that you are planning to attack, and then just get it because getting a ticket is much more expensive. Every state has different rules and regulations so this is all that I can tell you for now. |
