Im going to be holidaying in Valencia with my best friend and am researching all the sights. My friend has told me she would also like to see the Port of Valencia, this might be interesting as a centre of trade and travel, as well as for the view. Well, OK, if she wants to see that only I am a bit concerned about transport possibilities (other than obviously be sea!). It would be unpleasant to get stuck in the port with nowhere to go, so can someone tell me if there are taxis around in the port of Valencia and also, how much does this cost from the city centre?

Hi there. Ive been there recently (arrived by boat) and there are certainly taxis around. The port is the biggest in Spain and has recently been entirely renovated. It is certainly worth seeing. Taxis I think cost around 13, this is quite ok I think. It is around 4 km away from the city centre. I hope this is helpful to you, but please do ask if you have any more questions
