Hi!I read you need suggestions for a literature that will bring you closer to France.Well,i have some and i will put them in categories so you can find faster what you need!Historical and funny(Three Musketeers by Dumas,The Many Lives & Secret Sorrows by Gulland,Inocent abroad by Mark Twain),Lighter historical fiction(Came a Cavalier by Keyes,To Dance with Kings by Laker),Historical Novels(The Guns of August,A Distant Mirror by Tuchman). There, since you didn't say where are you going i wrote some novels about countryside to!Enjoy!
