| I must admit that my work finally started to pay off. I never believed it would, my family also, so I can say freely that we were all surprised when we heard that my second book is selling like crazy. Anyway, I can fulfill my dream now, buying a house in NYC area. I guess I need a little help here. Which neighborhood to choose in NYX, I have heard that Long Island should be interesting for a house. |

| I must say that Long Island is a great choice, especially when you can afford it. The island is both diverse and large, so I guess you would not have any problems finding what you need. There are two main areas, Nassau and Suffolk County. First one is much closer to the city, take this area into serious consideration of your work is somehow related to Manhattan. There is much less population as you go toward Suffolk, it gets more rural and isolated (perhaps an excellent place for writer). Also, you could go there and see the neighbors, that could affect your final decision. |
