I need to get from LGA to JFK?

I am having a very busy schedule next week. I will be traveling to several towns and at one point, I will need to get from LGA to JFK. How many flights for this distance are in an hour? I just do not want to wait for who knows how long if I miss a flight barely. Can you help me out? Any advice would be appreciated.

You do not have anything to worry about. I mean, in both directions, flights are leaving every thirty minutes, so I think this suits your schedule. There is only one slight difference; there is a flight in 6 in the morning, then in 6:45, then 7:00. Dont know why they changed the routine in this period, but thats how it is. I hope I helped a bit.
