| I am having a tour down the West Coast next week. I will be going by car, from Seattle to San Diego. I expect to spend most of my money by the time I arrive to SD, so I would like if anyone could recommend me some cheap restaurants I could eat at? I will be staying for a few days there, so any help would be welcome. |

| San Diego is a wonderful town, and it is too bad you are not staying there any longer. It is not an expensive town at all, so there are relatively numerous restaurants you could eat. However, there are several I can strongly recommend. First, try San Diego Chicken Pie Shop. It is very cheap, but you will have some great home cooking and very good service. Also, Bud's Louisiana Food Shoppe is one excellent fish restaurant near the harbor. It also brings wonderful New Orleans atmosphere, so you certainly will not regret. El Indio and Roberto's Very Mexican Food are fantastic restaurants of Indian and Mexican food respectively. All in all, if you save at least some money until San Diego, you will definitely enjoy good, cheap meals. |
