I will be staying in La Paz for about 10 days-I am supposed to set off within 2 days. Anyway I have heard a lot of talking about some beautiful place there Salar De Uyuni and I am curious now to visit it. So can somebody tells me is there any Salar de Uyuni tour starting form La Paz and not lasting longer than 4 or 5 days.

I think probably each tourist agency there in Bolivia organize some Salar de Uyuni tour for I bet it is the best part of this country for the place is actually marked with salt sea that immense you could even get lost. Anyway these Salar de Uyuni tours usually starts from little town Uyuni but I don’t think you will be having problem reaching Uyuni by some flight from La Paz and the best time to visit Salar Uyuni is between June and November –it is dry season than so you are not at risk to get stocked in the mood with your vehicle. Anyway whatever time of the year you decide to got there it would be very wise having a professional guider for this beautiful place could also turn out to be dangerous.
