Top Bar and Restaurant recommendations in LaPaz

Hello! I will be staying on La Paz for the next 3 weeks for business and I will be busy the whole day but than after 6pm I will be free and would like to get to know the city much more so would appreciate much now if someone tells me what are the best top bar and restaurants recommendations in La Paz? Thanks much!

Well it is not like I am that familiar with all best places for going out in La Paz but I surely remembered the restaurant where I ate the pizza with fresh fruit and though I never thought I would like eating something like that –I loved it. Anyway the place is called Roman Palace and it is located on Calle Santa Cruz ai forget the number but ask someone for the exact address-anyway I loved this place for that is where you could order Italian food . And as for top bar there in La Paz I used to go to the L’Aqua Bar just to listen to the local music and have a perfect salad bar.
