| Well I visited both places last year. As you could see, Hua Hin is a small place, quiet one. Maybe there are more people over the weekend. My husband and I checked a room in a 3 star hotel; at least I think it was a three star. But I can remember that the beach was in front of our noses. I think it was Karon beach. Phuket is a great place if you are into islands and corals. The place itself is bigger then Hua Hin. The traffic is better organized there then in Hua Hin. There arent police barricades which you can find in Hua Hin. But I think that there is a taxi mafia in Phuket, because they have fixed, overrated prices. I hope I gave you some answers. |
