First class BA such a rip off

I think that the first class BA is such a rip off. I mean, have you heard of the last incident. People flew from Delhi to Heathrow in the first class cabin that costs more then my monthly payment with a dead Indian woman! The attendants did not know where to put her, so they positioned her in the only place with more space, with Paul Trinder first to realize there was something wrong. And was he surprised when awakened from the dozing!!!

I have heard for that incident and I must admit that I am shocked. BA did apologize for what happened, but I dont think that will be enough. The poor lady was 70 years old. I mean, dont they have any rules about situations like this? Some space other then the cabins to position her until the landing. I have heard that they cushioned her with a lot of pillows so that her body would be still, but that did not help. She bounced in her seat with each turbulence!
