My cousins in Italy invited me to spend the Christmas with them. In the same time, some of my friends are planning to go to France and they invited me to. I can’t decide between these two fabulous offers, I have never visited either. What do you know about spending Christmas in Italy or France? Since I will not be at home, it has to be magic.

| It depends what you prefer, what you like. Last Christmas I spent with my boyfriend in Italy, Venice. That was the most romantic experience I ever had. The city was empty of tourists, there was no crowd, and the people of Venice could reclaim their hometown. Some how it’s easy to embrace the atmosphere hearing the Vivaldy music coming from basilicas. Watching the Christmas boat parade of lights. Anyway, my friend from Paris tells me it is a very nice holiday season there too. The city is beautifully decorated, most families follow the tradition of very late feast, after midnight cold, Le rveillon. You could visit some of the Christmas markets, enjoy the spiced biscuits and mulled wine. |
