Lunch reservations for Pierluigi?

This summer my sister and I will go to Italy. We will spend one week in Rome. We decided to try as more restaurants as we can. Our uncle said that in Rome there is one nice place called Pierluigi. So we are definitely going there. Can someone tell us, do we need lunch or dinner reservation for Pierluigi?

I was in Rome in 2004. It was fantastic. We also tried as much restaurants as we could. I mean you must try pizza and pasta in the place where they were invented. I heard that if you ask for a ketchup, in Italian restaurant they would be very offended. They only use tomato, tomato juice or natural tomato, but no ketchup. I dont think that you wont need reservation in most restaurants. I am sure, that you wont need lunch or dinner reservation in Pierluigi. I had lunch there several times, and I had never had problems with reservation.
