Just back from the Mercury

I got this friend that is just back from the Mercury and he is so disappointed with everything there-only the cabin was ok but what would you be doing staying in the cabin during entire cruise, ridiculous. He said food is terrible, the stuff is unprofessional and all in all he barely waited to get embarked. And the thing is that I have also booked a cruising trip for my wife and me and we will be cruising also with the Mercury all the way to Europe so I am pretty much terrified with such experience so what do you think about cruising on Mercury?

I also was cruising with Mercury and it was 6 months ago and my experience is quite different especially regarding the food there I mean those meals were so delicious and the cuisine stuff is perfect I bet and to be honest I never had a better table service ever before. Though I had a few problems related to Mercury my baggage was lost but I eventually covered it successfully with travel insurance I purchased upon booking the cruise and I disliked how disembarkation was organized we were required to vacate our cabins too early so it was such a crowd on board before this disembarkation process that I got seek but in general I am so satisfied with this cruising trip on Mercury.
