Im in Australia and Id like you to recommend me a few hotels in Hunter Valley and Sydney. Im here with my wife and were enologists. Weve come here to learn something about Australian winemaking and to see its vineyards. Well spend a few days in Hunter Valley and then we go to Sydney for a couple of days and then we fly back home. The price of hotels is not so important.

Enology? That means youre loaded and you need luxurious accommodation! Thats fine because Hunter Valley has many extravagant resorts surrounded by vineyards and golf courses. One of them is Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. Its a five-star resort that was opened in 2006. Rooms are luxurious and spacey with various commodities, such as high speed internet, cable tv, air-conditioner, coffee and tea maker etc. There is a pool and a golf course. Food is exquisite and accompanied by excellent wines, which is important to you. In Sydney you can stay at Accor Menzies Sydney, a four-star hotel. Its an old-fashioned but luxurious building, with a perfect location. In a few minutes you can reach many of Sydneys attractions. Opera House and Harbour Bridge are in the neigbourhood.
