Accommodation at Alice Springs

Hi everyone! I have a question about my upcoming tour throughout Australia, and I want to go to Alice Springs as well! Has anyone from this forum been there before? I need OK accommodation, which is at the same time not too expensive! Have you got any suggestions for me?

There are several good and cheap hostels in the area. The one I would recommend you is the Aboriginal Hostel, of which there are actually several in Alice Springs. You can find them at 18 Renner St, and their rooms are of a very good price. You can get a private room or a dormitory type of accommodation with several people in one room.
