You won’t be having any problem finding sports club or gyms there in Cairo or around. Anyway it is not like I could give you precise name of some sport club or gym there but there are almost everywhere especially in and around the city center and its membership are not expansive at all though gyms are much cheaper and are well equipped some of them looks alike those modern US gyms. Anyway sports club are also great but are much more expansive for they include also many other facilities –restaurants, shops etc. anyway I know for some of the best sports club there in Cairo though I never entered it for the membership is about 1000$ a year-it is about the Gezira Club in Zamalek and the Shooting Club in Dokki-there you have all the possible facilities-tennis, football, martial arts, swimming pool, walking track and shooting place and so on.

It is true there is no airport in St. Helena Island but it is not the reason to quit this idea of visiting St. Helena –for it may get so exciting reaching it-I first landed in Joburg than I went to Cape town where I had a boat ticket all the way to Jamestown and it was really a great trip. Anyway about interesting spots there in St. Helena island I think the most famous one is Longwood House where Napoleon spent his last years of life and flora and fauna is so beautiful but if you want to visit the inside of St. Helena than you will have to take taxi for there are no trains or buses. Though the best opt would be some organized bus tour that is available for the visitors getting in St. Helena Island by ship.
