| I have always had this bad luck of sitting next to people who like to talk. As if I'm cursed or something. Anyway, last time I had to listen to stories (or should I say fairy tales) from 71 year old granny about her 3 little dogs, how they eat and sleep entire day! The worse thing is she was really polite and I just couldn't be rude to her. So I listened, nodded, until suddenly my eyes closed and I fell asleep. Fortunately, she did not wake me and I finally got some rest. How do you tell the fellow passengers to shut up? |

| Well, it seems you have found an efficient way of dealing with annoying and boring passengers. Just fall asleep! I assume that I also would not be able to say something improperly to someone that old. I did have a situation once, I think that the guy was on something, he could not stop shaking and talking. I finally asked for another seat, but I was completely ignored! I moved myself to a free seat nearby, no one said anything. |
