Hello there! I am going to Tunisia in Northern Africa for a vacation. I will be with a group and there will be our guide, too. There are several day trips organized. I am curious to know more about El Jem Coliseum in southern region of the country. Can you tell me what to expect there? Thank you very much!

I was in Tunisia last year and we also had an organized day trip to El Jem Coliseum. I can tell it was really nice day. El Jem is covered with send from the desert. There is a great colosseum, it is long 148 meters. It was made in 1695. Almost all tourists who come to Tunisia visit this place, too. If you like architecture, I am sure you will enjoy.
