| Which one is more attractive: Munich or Zurich? I would like to spend a weekend in one of those two cities, but I am not sure which one I should choose as my weekend destination. My friend and I would like to get to know the historic side of these cities better, but also go out at some interesting places at night. |

| I visited both cities and I’d give a slight advantage to Munich. Munich is a very large city and the capital of Bavaria. Marienplatz in Munich is the main square, very suitable for long walks especially when the weather is nice and sunny. At the same time, you’ll find many nice shops there because one of the most famous shopping centers is situated in this square. There are many museums and galleries you should visit in Munich. Go to Englischer Garten, one of the most famous parks which you can enter without paying. German kitchen is also well-known. I liked best Café am Beethovenplatz. If you search for a cheap restaurant, I recommend any of the pizza restaurants. |
