I need a guide to Phnom Penh accommodation

I am going to Phnom Penh later this year and am hoping to stay there for a week before moving on to Siem Reap as well. I would like a good, middle of the range hotel, and I am hoping you can guide me in the right direction. Any comments would be more than welcome. Thank you in advance for any replies.

Around the row of restaurants, cafes and night clubs that are popular among both foreigners as well as the local elite, this being on the river banks, there is a very nice selection of mid range and small hotels with a very good service. Almost all of these will cater for your needs. I hope you have a fun time in Phnom Penh.
