Hi! In another couple of weeks I will be heading for Phnom Penh. I am looking forward to the trip and think that it will be a very worth whole city to see. As I am on a budget, I am hoping to find some guest house over there that is not expensive. What are these guest houses like in Phnom Penh? I am hoping for some answers.

You have nothing to worry about. There are many guest houses in the city that are of very good quality, and at excellent prices this will cost you next to nothing. Try some of the better guest houses, around the river. This is the main tourist area and I am sure you will have absolutely no difficulty in finding it.
