Are any dangerous related to Pacific Ocean islands?

I would like to go to some nice Pacific destination and enjoy full three weeks of paradise. I am thinking about Pacific Ocean islands. I heard so much about them and I would like to see for myself if they are so good. Are there any dangerous related to Pacific Ocean islands?

There is always some kind of danger but there are no particular things that you should be scared of. People are nice and hospitable. The landscape and nature are beautiful. You have to pay attention to the health safety. You should get hepatitis A vaccine and maybe even a typhoid vaccine too if you do not eat at the top quality hotels and restaurants. When swimming in the sea the usual precaution regarding sharks and big waves is always welcome. Other than that, there is nothing to worry about.
