Are shops opened on Sundays in Hong Kong?

I am going on a business trip to Hong Kong and the end of the month. I am looking forward to it as I have always wanted to see Hong Kong, but sadly I am not going to have much free time at all, except for a whole Sunday. Will shops be opened on Sundays or not? Thanks for your help.

Yes, all shops are open on Sundays so you will not be disappointed and have ample shopping opportunity. Make sure you head down to Kowloon as this is in my opinion the most exiting part of Hong Kong, and also the one that in most truly authentic. Hong Kong Island offers the more modern stuff.
