Is it possible to find a budget but appropriate accommodation in Tokyo?

Hello everybody there! I have to organize a trip to Tokyo in Japan for this May. I already got flight tickets but I still didn’t find a suitable accommodation to stay. I need a budget but appropriate accommodation. Can you tell me about accommodation in Tokyo I am looking for? Thank you very much in advance.

I often go to Tokyo and every time I spend there 3 or 4 days and for that time I have to rent a room. I usually stay at Narita Airport Rest House Hotel. That is a 2-star hotel, having all the comfort. There is also a good restaurant. There are always free rooms to book, but I suggest you to do it in advance. The price is about 80 USD for a night.

You should be prepared that Tokyo is one of the world's most expensive cities. Of course, you can find some appropriate accommodation, but still it will be a considerable sum of money. The same thing is concerning shopping.
