What are hotels recommended for road cycle tour in Tunisia?

Hi there! I am going to Tunisia in May. I will take a road cycle tour over there. I need a recommendation which hotel to book for this occasion. Is there someone who can tell me that? I don’t need luxurious one, just decent and clean place if it is possible with restaurant. Thank you very much in advance!

Last year I visited El kef in Tunisia in time there was a bike tour. I know many people who participated in that tour were in Nezel al- Ain Hotel or it is also known as hotel la Source. It is located at the bottom of the old town. I have heard it is really nice, with clean and sunny rooms, but not big. I know the price was between 20 and 40 US Dollars per a night.
