I am a passionate surfer. I don’t leave home without my surfing board. I know that I can rent them at every beach shop but I prefer mine. I plan to visit France and I heard that one can get some nice surfing there. Can someone tell me which Coast to Choose for Surfing in France?

The West Coast is best for surfing by far. It can be split into three surfing parts: Brittany, the Coast of Light (Cote de Lumiere) and the Silver Coast. Brittany is furthest north while Cote de Lumiere goes from Brittany to La Rochelle. Silver Coast stretches to the Spain. The last one is really the surfers’ paradise since the quality of the waves is exceptional due to the Biscay Bay’s shape.
