Hi,
I have decided to take a solo trip this summer. I would like to visit Cancun, but I am not sure is it wise for a girl to go there alone. I have heard that Mexico is very dangerous country so I was wondering can anyone give ma an advice on my idea of destination. Thanks a lot in advance. |

Hello,
Cancun is maybe the safest city in Mexico, it is more safe then majority of small cities in USA. Police of Cancun tries to protect the tourists the best way they can, but we should be responsible for ourselves too. You shouldn't go to isolated and dark places alone, especially at night and you shouldn't leave your possessions on the beach while you are swimming. Other than that the city is safe and you can be pretty comfortable. |
