Is Hyatt Regency Vancouver exclusive hotel?

Is Hyatt Regency Vancouver exclusive hotel? I am thinking about staying in that hotel. But I don’t have experience with hotels in Vancouver. I am thinking about Hyatt because it is very famous chain of hotels. And I suppose that they are exclusive. But I don’t know if I am right. So, I would really need this info. Thank you in advance.

I am traveling al lot. I have to travel because of my business. I tried many hotels. And my experience thought me that Hyatt hotels are very good. I tried couple them (I mean in different cities). And I was satisfied with every Hyatt hotel where I stayed. The thing is that they have to be similar. And they have to satisfy certain conditions. I don’t have experience with Hyatt hotel in Vancouver. But I suppose that it is good as other Hyatt hotels. I think that Hyatt hotels are exclusive hotels. So, that info I cannot give you. But I think that you will enjoy your stay in Hyatt hotel. Have a nice trip.
