need hitching buddy

Hi. I am a lad from Oz and I want to go traveling through Europe. Greece, Italy, France... It will be a low-budget operation though as I am only a student. And it seems a really exiting idea to me to use other people's cars as transport. Yes, I want to go hitch hiking! You never know what creeps you might run into though, so I would like to meet a hitching buddy to come with me. Is there anyone from the US or perhaps south America here?

Hi. I am a young middle-aged woman of 54 and I just wanted to tell you - well done for going hitch-hiking! I did this 30 years ago and had the time of my life. I met friends I still have today and although we did indeed come across more than a few let's say - sub normal people, especially of the male sex, we did get where we wanted to go. I had a lovely time in Israel on a Kibbutz too. Does that sound like something you might do?
