my digital photo card is corrupted! Help!

I need help very urgent. I have just returned from Spain. Ive spent there 2 weeks, with my friends. I was the only one that brought camera, so all photos from trip are on my SD card. When I tried to move photos from card to my computer, some of pictures were very strange. They have some lines on them. So I think that my digital photo card is corrupted! Help!

Uh, that is very bad problem. That same thing happened to me. My digital photo card was also corrupted. But the most of my pictures was very bad. I was hysterical. I didnt know what to do. I thought that the card was broken. I cursed my self because I didnt check card before journey. I got rid of my card. When I told that to my friend he said that I shouldnt had done that. There is program called Recover my photo. It can bring you back photos, even if you formatted your card. So try that first. Dont make the same mistake like I did.
