| Hi! My husband and me arrived in Vancouver three days ago, and our luggage was lost. They told us we should wait, but I gave up my hopes. Can you help us with this, please? Can I expect well get some kind of compensation and how long will the whole process take? Thank you. |

| Hello! Did you submit baggage declaration claim form yet? Because I did it five weeks ago, and Im still waiting. Almost every day I call and all the time Im getting the same response: Did you submit It seems to me like theyre playing some sort of who will last longer kind of game. Sure, you can try for compensation, but the real question is are you going to get it? |
