| You have picked the right time to visit Southern Scotland. Edinburg Literary Festival is taking place each year during August and you will have the opportunity to attend it. Still, I’m a bit confused because I know that there is a large and famous Edinburgh International Book Festival which lasts for three weeks during August each year and I don’t know if those two are the same festival. Nevertheless, Book Festival takes place in the centre of Edinburgh, in the famous Charlotte Square. This festival consists of numerous events including those for kids, then there are numerous workshops and similar creative happenings. Numerous famous writers, critics and musicians participate each year and you will surely have the opportunity to see many literary celebrities. |
