| Hello. It has been many years since I have last been to one of Croatia coastal towns, and as far as I recall I have always had great time there. When I was a kid, I went to Dubrovnik with my parents, and I remember quite well how much I liked the city. So, I am thinking about taking my family there for a holiday next summer. I heard Rovinj is beautiful; does anyone have any first hand experience? |

| Hey there. What youve heard about Rovinj is true- the city is magnificent. The truth is I havent been there for 15 years, but I used to go there every summer for ten years, and I probably wouldnt stop if there wasnt a war between Croatia and Serbia the city is not to big, but it was built under strong influence of Venezia which is visible in its architecture. It has long, narrow streets and those old houses made of stone, many squares with fountains full with kraftsman selling their goods. I heard that in the last decade Rovinj has been developing a lot, so I can only imagine what it looks like right now. It will be a great place for you and your family, so you do not need to hesitate. |
