The Dommayer coffeehouse, which lies across from Schönbrunn Palace, has been a fixture of Viennese life since 1787. The café is hosting concerts all the way through the year on the first and third Saturdays of each month (between 2pm and 4pm). When weather permits, concerts are also held in the café gardens during summer months. With a menu listing 20 different types of coffee, along with a well-baked selection of cakes and pastries, Dommayer is systematically likeable for its culinary expertise too. In addition, should you require something more extensive, the café also provides heartier fare that includes some major meals.

I am preparing for a trip to Austria the next month, Vienna namely. I am into nightlife and cafes a lot and I would like to get more details about the subject. What cafes to visit in Vienna? What are your favorites? Any interesting experience? Thank you very much for the recommendations!
