advise on visiting the Alhambra in the morning or afternoon?

Hello everyone! I will be visiting Spain in July and one of the things I am most looking forward to is the Alhambra. It is such an interesting merge of cultures, and with such a great history. Only I need tips on what time to go in the morning or the afternoon? How long will I spend there do you think, if I want to see everything?

I would without a doubt advise you on going in the morning for several reasons. The first is that Alhambra is extremely popular and the number of tickets is limited, and although you can book your tickets in advance, if you dont have tickets it is pretty much impossible to get in if you dont go first thing in the morning. Besides it can get very hot later on, so it will be much more pleasant weather wise to go early.
