Hotels at Mauritius?

Hi. My two mates and me are going to visit the island of Mauritius. We cant wait. It is always so nice to get the feel of new cultures and peoples. I hope the Mauritius people will be very friendly and we will have a great time there. Although I do hear there are quite a lot of poor people in Mauritius. Anyway, we are still trying to find a decent hotel for a decent price and of course at a good location. Do you have some tips for us?

You can find great hotels in Mauritius, which are not expensive. For instance the Villa Paul and Virginie is a large villa available from $68 and it is very close to the beach. It is in the Flic en Flac area. If you are looking for something Pointe aux Pigments perhaps Les Cocotiers is the right place for you. Thats in the north west of the island and looks excellent. Prices are from $75.
