Hostels in Argentina?

I am going with my colleagues to Argentina next month. We will be traveling on our own for much of the town. Being students, we are not looking to stay in any hotels. We were thinking more about hostels. So, we would like to know what are hostels like there. Thanks in advance for any help.

Argentina is very nice, once very wealthy country. Traveling on your own is probably the best idea.
