Your opinion on campgrounds on Plage de Tahiti

My friends and I are planning to try some nice beachs in France. St Tropez is an obvious choice. I heard of good camping sites there and since we usually like to camp when we go to the seaside, I would like some info on this. What is your opinion on campgrounds on Plage de Tahiti? Any recommendations?

I suggest Domaine des Naiades, St Tropez. It is a four-star campsite just a mile from St Tropez. There are many nice facilities like shop and restaurant, 24/7 bar as well as heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. Among other things, you can rent a safe, bike or fridge. There are other campsites closer to the town but they are usually overcrowded and expensive.
