I will say only one thing - you better not stay at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Johor Bahru. Unfortunately, I had to stay there for three nights and I was greatly disappointed. It deteriorated and it is visible, service is very poor, maintenance, its as if it does not exist at all. I have to admit that in some details, it does give you the feeling you are in Hyatt, but it lasts only for moments.

| I must agree with you. If you expect some luxury, then simply avoid this place. It is Hyatt all right, but in the decaying process. Every thing is either not working properly or you had to complain so that someone would listen and try to fix the problem. I can only say that stuff is on a bit higher level. The point is, I cannot give the hotel even four stars, three stars is the top. |
