Xian and Beijing in October

What do you think about Xian and Beijing in October? I was thinking of going there, but I have some doubts. For example, it will be a gloomy autumn and I can go to Australia in that time period. Maybe I should leave Xian and Beijing for April. I think that would be the best, But I need a consultation.

Autumn in Xian and Beijing is not as gloomy as one can expect. I am sure you will have a lot more sun if you go to Australia, but it depends in what part of Australia you are going. I would never change Xian and Beijing for Australia, but that is just me. I prefer eastern cultures for western ones. There are some great manifestations in Xian and Beijing in April and that might be a better reason to go to Australia now and leave Xian and Beijing for later. But you know what would be the best? The best would be to go to Xian and Beijing in October as well as in April.
