Would Heritage Park in Calgary be interesting for a 9 year old?

Hi,
I am taking a trip to Calgary this summer and I wanted to take my son with me. He is really excited about this trip, especially because I didn't take him anywhere for some time now. Some friends of mine suggested to take him to Heritage Park and I was wondering would it be interesting for 9 year old? Anyone? Thanks!

Hi,
Calgary is nice and big city. I spent 2 weeks there last year with my kids. They though the city is too big and they were scared, but they were so happy when I took them to Heritage Park. They loved everything from the railway to nature and museums. I think that 9 year old must like it! Have a nice stay there! bye
