Howdy, folks. I must admit I adore food which is evident when you have a look at me. Wherever I travel, I take a chance to see and try local cuisine. Next month I will visit France. Since they have famous cheese and wine, it will be my pleasure to taste them. But how can I manage that in French countryside? Please, help.

Hi, my friend. I was last year in Loire Valley in France. I took one of those organized cooking courses in the countryside. And all of that was combined with a lot of tasting food and wine. We stayed in a castle which name I cant remember. We had our Wine Working Workshops in the evening. I have learned a lot and I also got to know French countryside. By that I mean the Loire Valley. I hope youll have a great time there. Bon appetite! Cheers!
