Which is the best 5-star hotel in Cancun? I am traveling there in a couple of months, but I want to book my hotel as soon as possible and thus get the possibility of a discount maybe. I would like to stay at a 5 star hotel and I am sure that I will pay as much as I would for some average hotel in Cancun peak season.

I am not sure that five star hotels give such huge discounts, but it is good to book in advance and avoid the risk of having problems with finding an appropriate hotel room. There are many good hotels in Cancun, but you asked for the best one. I can’t decide between Blue Bay Club Resort and Riu Cancun. I stayed at Blue Bay Club with my child and didn’t notice that the child was with me – I mean, the staff took care of the child and entertained her all day long. They were brilliant. The shrimps I ate at this hotel are the most delicious I’ve tasted. Riu Cancun is also great! The rooms are clean and spacious.
