Where to stay in Dar Es Salam?

I will be landing in Dar es Salaam with my wife within 10 days –anyway we are planning on staying there for a week and than we have a flight to Zanzibar where we already booked accommodation. But the thing is that we haven’t managed yet to decide where to stay in Dar es Salaam for the thing is that I have only managed to find some hotel in the city center near commercial and administrative area and I would actually like to pay quite enough for some leisure hotel near the beach for example. So is there any one to tell where to stay in Dar es Salaam?

I think I have perfect proposal for you and it is called Golden Tulip Hotel which is situated practically on the beach coast. The best thing with this hotel is that it would provide you a full sense of a good vacation there in Tanzania for it would only be enough to sit in one of its tropical gardens having some continental meal and besides this the rooms are perfect and the stuff is great.
