Where to buy a cell phone with pre-paid minutes in Lima?

Hello! I am traveling for Peru within 3 days and I was thinking of not using my US roaming service for I would like to avoid its high cost –for it is not like I will be staying there for some short period of time, it is about 4 weeks stay in Lima so I guess I need to purchase some sell-phone there. So that is why I need some info on where to buy a cell-phone with pre-paid minutes in Lima? Thanks much!

If you are planning on visiting only Lima meaning you won't be going out of Peru borders than I suggest you take 2 phone rental packages and by purchasing this package you will get a prepaid Peru Sim card that is actually of chip form alike so it easily fits to a GSM phone. Anyway if you plan on going out of borders of Peru than I advice you purchase Talk Abroad rental package that will function in more than 100 countries.
