Where is safe to exchange US dollars into Euros in Buenos Aires?

I have booked a flight for Buenos Aires for tomorrow and it is just that I have heard that the local peso is under constant exchange rates and I was advised to exchange my US dollars into Euros for the Euros are also accepted there in Buenos Aires. So I am actually curious where is it actually safe to exchange US dollars into Euros in Buenos Aires? Thanks!

Well I think you could do that in any exchange office there or bank in Buenos Aires but on the other hand there is no need for it because the UD dollars is commonly acceptable there and you may use credit or debit cards as well as AT machines. So generally it is very pretty much easily to exchange US dollars into Euros but it is not likely there is such a need in Buenos Aires.
