| What can you tell me about orchid and butterfly farms in Chiang Mai, Thailand? Where exactly are they located? I will be traveling to Northern Thailand soon, and as I have heard that those farms are really fascinating thing to see, I would like to do it. So, if anyone has been there, I would really like to hear more about it. |

| Hello there. I am not sure about the other ones, but I have heard about Sai Nam Phung Orchid Nursery and Butterfly Farm Chiang Mai. It is the oldest orchid nursery, if I remember well. There are more than 470 orchid species, and this orchid nursery is used to conserve rare orchid species. The best known is “pure white,” of course. Tourists are also fascinated with butterflies. There are many exotic species which cannot be seen easily,because they are very rare. I think you should most definitely visit this place, if you are coming ti Chiang Mai. You won’t regret it.
