Where is artificial climbing wall in Canillo?

I was about to book a vacation with some friends, when we heard that Canillo could be interesting to see. We talked to some people that went there last year and they described it like an amazing place. Also they said that there is an artificial climbing wall in Canillo. Is that true?

That is true. There actually is an artificial climbing wall in Canillo. I have seen it but I have never tried to climb on it. I am actually very clumsy and I don’t want to risk anything that can result in my permanent retirement. That climbing wall is huge. I don’t know how anyone can climb to the top.

Artificial climbing wall in Canillo is 33 meters high, and it is the only artificial climbing wall in that whole area. Everyone can climb on that wall actually. There are lots of routes for everyone. Beginners will have a great time climbing it, but the experts will find it challenging too.

The wall is located on the road between Canillo and El Tarter, so you can’t miss it. Also there are many instructors you can book to help you with basics and everything else. The bad news is that this artificial climbing wall is only open during summer season, so if you plan to climb it forget about it during the winter.
